1.Login to ewqims http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS_2 1 
 2.Login as user 2 
 3.Go to problem solver module 
 4.Now go to actions→ intial evaluation completed 
 5.Click on a concern 
 6.Click on 8D form  
 7.Open concern form link (8D) 
 8.Click on implement permanent corrective action 
 9.Enter data,close the form  
 10.Check the concern form corrective action text box 
 11.right click and refresh the page  
 11.Observe result
