1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Equipment Type, Equipment, Spare part master, Die master, Die and WO
3. Click on Upload button

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI and Segment

4.Click on Process Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA PFMEA, new tab will open

5.Click on AIAG VDA Process tab and click on Functional Analysis

6.Create a Characteristics and Switch to Failure Analysis

7.In RHS, right click on Characteristics and Select Create Failure option

8.Create or add a Failure and Observe the Diagrammatic view

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI

4.Click on Design/Process Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA DFMEA, new tab will open

5.Click on AIAG VDA Design tab and click on Failure Analysis

6.add Risk and Optimization

7.Observe the screen

8.Now Select FMEA document and add data for Risk and Optimization

9.Goto Failure Analysis and Observe the screen

1)Login as Project Manager
2)Click on templates menu under projects tab
3)Open the Templates
4)In deliverable info attach PPEP form as Input
