Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Naviagte to Problem solver
3.Click on actions→Closed/rejected concern
4.Click on cocnern title
5.Change the status of cocnern as In -progress
6.Click on 'Yes' for reopen email
7.Observe result

Note : customize mail message is checked mail is configured
