Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log into Audit Pro as Scheduler.
2. Go to business rule --> approval process --> actual Audit to "yes".
3. Go to Admin tab and select Audit cycle.
4. Click on new.
5. Create an Actual audit.
6. Go to business rule again and change the actual audit approval process to "No"
7. Go to month view and publish the audit with any route selection.
8. Observe the result
