System is not allowing to create direct actual audit using supplier even after applying filters displays alert as "please select audit program"

"Please select audit program" alert message is getting displayed when we have not filter with audit program and tried to create planned/Actual audit

Still unbale to perform Actual Audit/Planned Audit after selecting any audit program under filter
