Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log into Audit Pro as Scheduler
2. Go to admin tab and select audit cycle.
3. Click on new and create new actual audit and publish.
4. either the aduit confirmation email or other emails will be duplicated

Description

Sometimes any of the the notification emails are getting duplicated or the reminder/ escalation emails are getting duplicated in the no particular scenario. But either or ways emails are getting duplicated.
