1.Login as FST Module administrator
2.Select a PI
3.Select HARA fom HARA menu
4.Click on Operational Situation button
5.Select the checkboxes in OS
6.Again Click on Operational Situation button
7.Observe the result

On Revisiting the Operational Situations page, Selected Operational Situations is displayed as unselected.
When selecting the row again, system displays the same OS again and again.
Empty values are displayed as NUll
