2.Go to Supervisor Approval Sheet
3.Open any Incoming Inspection sheet
4.Observe result

This seems to be not an issue, Data sync related issue. How ever keep an eye in this behaviour.

its due to Demo Db which has already has inspection forms

As per Mohan this issue is happening in Demo Db,will verify the same in any any other existing Db for IC.
