1.Login to ps
2.Click on actions→New concern
3.Create a concern and submit
4.Click on actions →Initial eval
5.Select priority and submit
6.Observe result

Description

Approach is not displayed after selecting priority , once concern is submitted project is not created

Instance data directories for PS is missing. after creating it works fine. Refer Attachment for PS instance data directories.
