Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator
2.Select Main and Select PI
3.Create BOM element
4.Reload the page and Create BOM element and click Create
5.Observe the result

Description

System does not display the created BOM element in BOM table. The Dialog window is not displaying saved successfully alert. So clicking repeatedly will create multiple PI with same name.
