Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as auditor
2. Performing an audit with score value
3. Go to report and check the data under "Supplier Onsite Audit Plan Tab"
4. Again open the same audit and go to fill checklist page
5. remove the checklist and checkpoint which is having score value
6. Assign the checklist and checkpoint which is not having score value
7. Submit the audit result
8. Go to reports and then open the same audit again for a supplier
9. Observe the result

Supplier Report For the audit "Supplier" -> Supplier Onsite Audit Plan Tab -> The generated report data's are not displayed if the auditor submitted the audit report without score value (Removed the checkpoint which is having score , during filling checklist 2nd time)
