Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on Documents
4.Select the level
5.Document has revision as 1 and file type as "pdf"
6.Right click the document and create a draft
7.Chnage the draft to document by clicking change request
8.Attach the PNG file and click continue
9.NOw terminate the document
10.View in documents
11.Document has revision as 1 and file type as "png"
