Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as auditor or auditee
2. Go to Fill checklist page under perform audit for any one audit
3. Click on attach button for any one checkpoint
4. Click on "Attach from docpro" window
5. Attach a document
6. Click on done button
7. Click on View button
8. Observe the result
