1.Login to ps
2.Click on actions→Initiate prob solving
3.Click on concern
4.Check if root cause item linkage is done
5.Click on 8D form add responsibility for preventive and corrective
6.Close the concern
7.Login as responsibility person
8.Navigate to Aqua pro
9.Click on production item and choose PFMEA
10.Right click on process req
11.Click on to -do items from problem solver

Issue has been discussed with dev team informed to sugesh in mail.
changes need to be done from aqua team to support this feature so keeping issue as not resolved

Not working for Existing data, Reorg is ready, Dev team is needed to try for a Script to run now.
