Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Parameter Menu under the Corporate site
3. Create a Parameter
4. Click on Site 1 from the top of the screen
5. Click on Parameter Menu
6. Click on the Parameter which is created from Corporate
7. Observe the Result
