Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM Setup tab
3. Click on Equipment Part Linkage Menu
4. Select the Equipment
5. Click on Select Part button
6. Right click on Create New PI
7. Observe the Create PI Name field
8. Enter the PI Name
9. Click on Create button
10. Observe the Result

Description

Issue 1: Create the new Production Item under displays as blank When a user tries to create PI wihtout entering the Parent details, it displays alert like "Please Select the Production Name".

Issue 2: Equipment Part Linkage: Not able to create Production Item in Select part pop up window.
