Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as a maintenance person
2.Click on PM Calendar
3.Select the assigned work order
4.Click on Spare part request icon
5.Select Store keeper
6.Enter Quantity
7.Click on Request
8.View the mail (Refer screenshot)
9.Deliver the spare part from the store keeper login
10.View the mail

Description
1.Reported by should be rename to Requested by
2.Reported date should be renamed to Requested Date
3.Delivered to should display the requester name instead it displaying the store keeper name
because of this issue while approving spare part the From and To Id's are same( from the store keeper to the store keeper)
Same content change be done in the Spare part delivery mail
