1.Login as RFD module administrator
2.Select a PI and add function, Requirement, Failure, Effect and Cause in DFMEA
3.Create a BOM and repeat step 2.
4.Select EFC tree and Observe the result

As discussed with Pradeepa, Failure of child element should be displayed in the Cause of parent element and if context is selected, then failure of parent(Context) element is displayed n effects of focus element.
