Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on Document management
4.Right click the level and select change history
5.For the document which has 2 revisions
6.Change the effective date for the 2nd revision as 04/12/2017
7.For 1st revision, effective date is shown as 04/26/2017
8.Click save
9.View the document in document management
10.It shows revision date as 04/26/2017 and effective date as 04/12/2017
