2)Initiate a change Request
3)Observe the ECR approval mail
4)Initiate the ECN notification
5)Observe the mail

Description

Regression: Change request mail is getting interrupt in the batch manager.

Mails related to Change Management is going to interrupted state.(Tested on 36/10/2018).

Need to Verify once the batch manager issue is get resolved. This is the common issue accross the module, SABU told to hold this and will fix later
