Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM Setup tab
3. Click on Plant Configuration Menu / Equipment Menu
4. Select the Activity
5. Select the Row
6. Click on Edit Icon
7. Click on Cancel button
8. Observe the Icon in Required Spare Part field
9. Click on Refresh button
10. Observe the behavior

Equipment: Equipment Info --> Activity tab--> When a user tries to edit the Selected Activity and then clicking on Cancel button, the system does not displays the Required Spare Part Icon in selected field. Once the page was refreshed, it showing the Icon.
