SB-17034817: If you want to open the SPPC Tracking Sheet from the Design Segment Map by clicking on Open Document and then Select SPPC Tracking sheet -> Error message.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Open the Browser
2.Enter the URL
3.Enter the Username and Password
4.Click on Login Button
5.Click on Module icon
6.Click on AQuAPro
7.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Click on Main Menu
8.Select the PI -> Design Segment
9.Open the SPPC Tracking Sheet Document -> Select SPPC Tracking Sheet
10.Observe the Result
