Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as RFD Module administrator
2.Select a PI
3.Enter only function in VOC
4.Select Requirement tree and flow down to its child function
5.Observe the result

Description

Flow down from parent function to child function is not done.
Also Child element is displayed as Checked.

1.When function is flowed down to a function that has requirement, requirement is also displayed along with function
2.When clicking the indicator, Selected checkbox is displayed as unselected.
3.Flow down cannot be done from Failure and EFC Trees

As of now without failure, Failure Tree and EFC Tree will not be displayed. So Function to Function cannot be done in EFC and Failure Tree
