Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login to module as admin child site
2)Click on Parameters in module setup tab
3)Create a parameter in child site
4)Login as Corporate admin
5)Navigate to parameters screen
6)Observe

Description
Parameters is not displaying as site specific but now system is displaying parameters created in child site in corporate and Corporate created parameter to child

Parameter Is not site specific. Its common for all sites.
Check attachment file for reference.
