Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro module administrator
2.Click on Main and select the PI
3.Click on AIAG VDA DFMEA/PFMEA goto Failure Analysis right click on the Component Level Element and choose Risk & Optimization option then click on Holiday date in the calendar pop up
