1)Login to module as auditor
2)Click on perform audit
3)Click on Upload audit record
4)Click on Publish
5)Select the approval route or module auto approval
6)Observe

Description

Audit report publish is not working as expected for Both Approval route and Module auto approval

And also when terminated form the audit report publish screen after terminate system displays as plan waiting for approval and page is not getting refreshed
