Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to AQuA Pro module and select 1 PI
2.Open DFMEA Document and add the Fun and Req
3.Click on AIAG-VDA FMEA and goto Functional Analysis menu
4.Delete the Fun and Req (which was created/added in the AQuA Pro) under Functional Analysis section
5.Click on Functional Analysis Menu
