Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login into EwQIMS
2.Go to Suite
3.Click on Users
4.Select Preferences
5.Change the date format to DD/MM/YYYY
6.Go to TPM Pro
7.Click on Transaction
8.Select Breakdown Request
9.Select the Occurred date /Equipment and enter description
10.Click on save and submit
11.Observe the result
