Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as auditor
2. Click on perform audit link from menu
3. Click on audit cycle link
4. Click on upload audit records and identify the NC or OFI with process and clauses
5. After save, click on uploaded NC/OFI number hyperlink
6. Observe the result
