Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM Setup tab
3. Click on Equipment Menu
4. Click on Created Equipment
5. Select the Type as CBM and Click on Specification field
6. Select the Parameter
7. Observe the Screen
8. Click on Refresh button
9. Observe the Result
