Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM Setup tab
3. Click on Plant Configuration Menu/Equipment Menu
4. Click on New button
5. Enter the Mandatory field
6. Select the Activity from Activity master
7. Click on Required Spare Part Icon
8. Observe the Required Spare Part pop up window
