closedRestore - Restore user option is allowing to set the duplicate username and while logging into ewqims application it is not logging because of ambiguity.
0%
1. login to ewqims application.
2. Create the two user with different username and same password.
3. Delete those two users at a time.
4. Go to Restore user menu - Click on the first username and change it similar to other username.
5. Click on save button.
6. Observe the screen with alert message.
7. Select both the user and restore it by clicking on restore users button.
8. Logout from the application.
9. Enter the username and password which is restored.
10. Observe the screen.
Description
Restore - Restore user option is allowing to set the duplicate username and while logging into ewqims application it is not logging because of ambiguity.
Please read the steps to reproduce carefully.

This issue occurs only for the deleted user in restore menu.

Not able to verify this item, because users page is not displaying any data, moreover clicking on users breadgram it is displaying server error message on screen.

I have verified this item, in this bug it is allowing to update same username in Restore user submenu.
Also not able to restore multiple users at a time even if the username is unique.
