Steps To Reproduce:

1.Enter URL
2.Login as Suite Administrator
3.Select users from Users menu
4.Click on User replacement option
5.Click copy all rights and Select any user and save
6. Observe the selected user rights

Description

As Discussed with Bijoy... While Selecting Copy all rights button, system should copy all the existing rights of the selected user except Suite and Site rights. Now it is copying only selective rights at a time.
