Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims Application
2.Goto FST Module
3.Goto Main and select PI
4.Goto Block Diagram,Item Boundaries/Element Types/Interface Types/Functional Analysis/Failure Analysis/OS/HARA/Safety Goal & Safe State. Click on Publish For Approval Document. click on Document Number link and click on View Document and Maximise the window size.
