1)Login to module as auditor
2)Click on Perform audit
3)Click on Upload audit record
4)Upload the audit result
5)Pick the NC by cliking on Car Hyperlink
6)Click on save
7)Observe

And Also The Information against the Checkpoints should display in Non conformity field

Alert to be change as "Please Specify Non Conformity "field
