Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EWQIMS Application
2.Goto Suite home page and add the Level name
3.Goto Docpro Module and add make the Level name as Inuse
4.Goto FST Module select the PI
5.Goto Block Diagram and click on Publish for Approval document and click on Published Document link
6.Goto Docpro Module and click on Documents
