Parent folder- not in use
Child folder-In use
Sub child folder-In use

Case 2:
Parent folder -in use
Child folder-Not use
Sub child folder-In use

Case 3:
Parent folder- not in use
Child folder-not In use
Sub child folder-In use

Case 4:
New in Cy4:When the parent and sub folder has no access then the child folder is not displayed in New document request. its displaying when searching

parent folder is not displayed but showing the sub folder only when searching
