Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Go to reports tab
3. Click on Findings report link from menu
4. Select the data in filters
5. Click on view report button
6. Click on Export dropdown menu button
7. Select CSV (comma delimited)
8. Save the report
9. Compare the report labels with application
