Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as Suite Administrator
2.Select Meetings from Systems tab
3.Enter all mandatory field and save the meetings
4.Click on Attach button and add files and save the meeting
5.Re-verify the attachment and Observe the result

• On clicking the attached file link system displays Server error.
• Also newly attached files are not listed in the attachment part.
