Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro module administrator
2.Click on Main and select the PI
3.Click on AIAG VDA DFMEA goto Failure Analysis against cause right click and choose Risk & Optimization option
4.Process VDA: Select the PI and select the Process Segment and click on AIAG VDA PFMEA, in failure analysis Against Cause right click and choose Risk & Optimization option
