1.Login as AQuA Pro module administrator
2.Click on Main and select the PI
3.Click on AIAG VDA DFMEA goto Functional Analysis Failure Analysis, click on Show AIAG-VDA Design FMEA

This issue occurs in this scenario also. In Aqua Pro select the VDA Format and select the PI and do the Flow up/Flow down and add the Risk and Optimization data , goto AQuA Pro change the format to Default and select the PI and open the DFMEA Document. Object error alert is displayed.
