Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to APQP module.
2. Set Business rules for a pillar.
3. Create a charter template and select 'Module' level.
4. Associate a pillar and click on 'Save' button.
5. Observe the reult

=> Error message 'Object Reference not set to instance of an object.Publish to DocPro failed inside DocPro.'
