1.Login as FST module administrator
2.Goto MAIN and select the PI
3.Goto Functional Analysis add the malfunction
4.Goto OS and enter all the data
5.Goto HARA and enter/select all the Input fields
6.Goto Functional Analysis delete the malfunction
