1)Login as Program manager
2)Create and Observe the Program planner view

Description

1)Program Issue: Not able to attach input and additional document from document viewer
2)Predecessor is not displayed based on the deliverable number it is displayed same for all the projects which is imported.(Refer screenshot)
3)Expand document view tool tip issue (Observe the screenshot)
4)Not able to access project icons facing issue in usability(Refer screenshot)
5)After editing the resource view the program planner click on expand gantt, project will not displayed.
6)Program owner is allowed to access the other owner Programs
7)% completion is displaying incorrectly in the Program listing screen when comparing it with the % completion inside the plan view

When clicking on the project view mpde icon and again to plan view mode it get disappears - Impact issue
