Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on "Audit programs" link from menu
3. Click on New or existing audit program name hyperlink
4. Click on "MAP entity" tab
5. Click on "Show Contact person" button
6. Click on "Show All" button from any one mapped cell
7. Observe the result
