Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on Perform audit link from menu
3. Click on any one scheduled audit hyperlink
4. Click on upload audit records
5. Attach the audit result document and click on upload
6. Click on upload NC / OFI
7. Create NC or OFI and save it
8. Click on corrective action status link from menu
9. Observe the result in clause and process field
