Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on equipment tree link from menu
3. Create any one equipment
4. Click on checklist tab
5. Click on new button and add the checklist
6. Click on + button to add new checkpoint

Description

Equipment Tree - Checklist Tab -> Unable to add checkpoint after adding checklist for the first time.

The admin could add checkpoint after refresh the page
