Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM Setup tab
3. Click on Equipment Menu
4. Click on Created "Not In use" Equipment
5. Change the Status from "Not In use" to "In Use"
6. Observe the Pop up window
7. Click on Release date field
8. Select the Past date from date field
9. Observe the Alert

Description

When a user tries to pick the Past date for Release date field, the system displays the Wrong validation message.

Equipment: Instead of showing "THLReleaseDateValidation" alert message, the system should show alert like " Please Enter the Valid Release Date".

Issue(Cycle 4): The System displays the alert msg like "Select Release date" when the user already selected the past date. Instead of showing that, kindly display "Please enter the Valid Release date".
