Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as auditor
2. Click on "Closed out" link from menu
3. Click on any one audit to closed out
4. Click on "Yes" for verification and validation
5. Click on save button
6. Click on "OK" button in confirmation message
7. Now alert message will display and observe the result
