Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Docpro module admin.
2. Click on Docpro->Folder management.
3. Right click on a level and select right for site
4.Click on Reset Level Document rights/ Reset sub level document rights

Issue: An inaapropriate meaasge to enter Reject reason is displayed and rights are not reset
